Does anybody know if the Advance ballasts that were made for low pressure sodium lamps considered autoleak ballasts?

First  reason is we have to step the voltage up to run the sox  Lamp.  So it made more sense to make them leak ballast   To eliminate the ignitor as it just another fail point to maintain   them.  Therefore it increase reiabilty.

No LED gadgets, spins too slowly.  Gotta  love preheat and MV. let the lights keep my meter spinning.
