I've always liked these fixtures. I'd like to have one of these on each side of the bathroom mirror above the sink.

I've seen a few wall mount fluorescent fixtures with an outlet in them, I too like those. 

A lot of under cabinet lights seem to have outlets too and some strip lights have a provision for one but you'll have to install one yourself.

Those outlets are usually meant for Plugging in more lights.

We have a couple of 6W T5 lights above the bed, they are fed at one end with a standard IEC 'figure of 8' input connector (I can never remember its proper name) and at the other end is a similar outlet, the fixtures come with a short (6 inches or so) extension cord to connect the next lamp along.
