I think it depends on where you are. They are based in Wisconsin and for me, last time I checked, it was like $8.

I have ordered from that site before. Shipping likely will vary based on location. I suggest you put the items in your cart and go to check out. That will give you shipping costs. Shipping is cheap from what I have seen on there.

Thanks. I was able to checkout as a guest and it showed me the shipping. Came out to $9.95 and that was for one 70 W MH wallpack and one 150 W MH adjustable cutoff wallpack, for a total of $24.93. Not bad at all, and I believe these come with lamps, though probably Caster brand.

Yep. The fixtures, ballasts, and lamps are all made by Caster.
