But in the site lamptech.co.uk it is written that there is argon & krypton in compact fluoresct lamps.

Argon & Krypton and the buffer gasses in CFLs. thats why sometimes at EOL they turn a dark pink color. this is because the mercury is evaporated in it and it is resorting to the argon base gas for fuel.
