I've noticed that Toronto in the past year or so has been spot retrofitting formerly metal halide cobraheads to sodium. I'm guessing the ballast or something failed and they either don't stock MH ballast kits anymore or replacement MH cobraheads. The gumballs for the most part have still gotten replaced with new MH fixtures. Anyone else noticed this in their cities?
