Tungsram Hungary, Osram France and Philips Poland are all still mass producing tungsten lamps for the non-EU countries. Also this week I had a meeting at a lamp factory in France and was surprised to see they were still mass producing the halogen inner capsules for Philips ClassicEco types for export, despite those having been banned in EU recently.
Tungsram lamps are normally excellent, I would have no hesitation to buy those.

Incandescent lamps are a must in applications when the light are frequently switched or rarely used or the ambient temperature is very high, such as appliances like toaster ovens, ovens, microwave ovens, shalters, bathroom and toilet room, saunas, etc...

Of course. These small incandescent bulbs will survive in future because they are heat resistan. If LED is in oven it would melt and cause problems.

Osram is still making ordinary incandescent GLS lamps, and halogen energy saving GLS retrofits at its factory in Molsheim. And Dr. Fischer is producing just the inner halogen capsules at Pont-a-Mousson in France, which are supplied to Philips in Poland for producing its halogen GLS energy savers.
