WSDOT used a few of these. There's a section of these on I-405 near Bellevue. A lot of them on WA-161 in northern Puyallup, and a few on I-90 in Cle Elum and Ellensburg.

Believe it or not, 97% of the M-400R2s that I've seen are FCO.
