Does anyone know where I can get a 100W MV ballast that has a 240V tap on it

You're in 240V/50Hz land, right..? Are you trying to run a US 100W lamp..? I use a 70W HPS choke (without the ignitor, of course) and it works fine, some people have said an 80W MV ballast works as well. I don't know of any 50Hz ballasts rated at 100W on 240V, but I may be wrong.

Atco made a 100W Choke but there was no article number so I cannot get it made for me  . I'm trying to find one for 240V 50hz i know it would be difficult i dont care if it needs 60hz

The frequency does make a difference, the current will be the wrong value for the lamp. As I said either a 70W HPS or 80W MV ballast will work.

You could also import a US 100w H38 mercury ballast that has a 277v tapping since US ballasts with a 277v tapping work fine on 240v 50hz mains. Running a 240v 60hz ballast will overheat it since it is on the wrong frequency.

Advance made a 50Hz 100w MV ballast but it might be really hard to find. The model number for that would be 71A25N1. It's a 50Hz ballast with a tap for 120/220/240v.

Personally I would just use a 277v ballast or a 240v 70W SON choke.
