It was 99°f with a heat index of 119°f yesterday ! Today , it's 96°f with a heat index of 108°f    The fun part is that the A/C in the Subaford died last week ! (compressor failure)

I've had a total of zero thunderstorms this season.. just a few very minor thundershowers, and very little rain. Having basically nothing like that is not only pretty unusual, but also very disappointing.

This was the SPC severe weather outlook for today... On one hand it looks like an evil face, but on another hand, it looks like a certain type of furry critter (Gearjammer should be able to see it!) Just look at how those eyes are..

It's supposed to get up to 105 degrees this week and I don't know what the heat index is gonna be like but from what I've heard it's gonna be brutal!

It's a 20+ yr. old window unit . The fan motor went out . I have several junk window A/C's sitting in my scrap pile . Hopefully , I can make one work !

Gonna be 90's for highs here all week. .basically pure desert. .lol. Might have to install the window AC unit in my bedroom (just such a pain to do)

We’ve had a record here in the UK of 40 degrees C (104 degrees F), today!, and certain parts of scrubland have caught fire!, it’s the FIRST time in my life I’ve ever known wildfires to happen in Britain near me! And the first time we’ve had it this hot in houses that DON’T have AC installed in them!
