Nothing severe here (infact no storms at all)
Basically a string of what I call "hot dry day in the desert" for the next week. (saturday being the one exception since 90+ is not forecast). Humidity is forecast to be 10-15% each afternoon...

Just having the third thunderstorm in as many days. Rather unusual for the UK, I guess the English weather is making up for lost time

Down here in the midlands it's a bit warmer than up in Scotland where blizzards are a bit more common.

Being on the coast, we rarely see heavy snow, in fact in the last few years we haven't seen much at all. Go inland a bit and you get it though. Sammi's mum lives 25 miles or so north-west from here and she's had a blizzard on occasion, but not all that often as far as we're aware. No doubt some areas such as the Highlands get it bad

Nothing severe here (and basically no chance til late spring .lol. )
But last week ofcourse there was that bitter -bleeping- cold mentioned in another thread
Then a couple days ago it started raining. .. .rain in december? that ain't normal! .lol. It did convert to snow after dark, and we ended up getting over 9-inches. (neighborhood roads are still a mess, I wouldn't be able to make it up my hill, not even gonna try)

Last 2-3 days here felt more like spring than winter. It's been above freezing and it's been raining since yesterday. It's 7°C/45°F here right now and raining. Still beats the snow and cold from last week though.

Forecast says light snow tonight (and tomorrow), its just started snowing. Not much accumulation, maybe a couple inches. But they also say chance of freezing drizzle(eek.nasty stuff) ... so everything could get coated with a thin layer of glass(ie: ice)
So nothing severe here. Now down in TX/OK/AR/LA tomorrow .. that's a different story: Possible severe weather outbreak -- chances for severe thunderstorms and even tornadoes.

Normally, the weather here isn't severe enough to mention here, but today's an exception, as it's so windy here that roughly 114K are without power here in the valley, we've been without power since 2:45pm (it's currently almost 10pm as of writing this).
