I have this lamp from garbage of an old factory. I didn't had such thing in my collection so i save it. Now the question is,what brand should be? who made it,cause i didn't found any sign or mark on the bulb or the base. I only know what i see,a 250 W mercury,twin arc tube  Maybe some of you recognize some details to help me to find who made it

The fact that the lamp is a twin arc-tube mercury vapor says to me that this would be easier answered by one of our members in Europe. I don't believe twin tube mercury vapor was ever used in north america, I could be wrong though ! (wouldn't be the first time!!!)

It looks like a SBMV lamp, ballasted by a halogen tube, there’s one on Lamptech manufactured by XingJi

I bet it’s one of those generic halogen tubes that they ‘don’t’ actually backfill with halogen, ( hence the whole thing has gone black )!
