| AEL winds there own ballast. they do put out full power
but ballast is quite junky cause if been wround in aluminium wire. expect them to last 5 to 10 years
of service.

No LED gadgets, spins too slowly. Gotta love preheat and MV. let the lights keep my meter spinning.
