But I doubt it will have any effect on real market, because the production facilities are either closed or rebuilt for something else. And no one sane will invest into those less efficient technologies anymore (unless situation as e.g. the sale prices becoming in 10's $ per a single incandescent lamp, but that is obviously very unlikely to happen)
