I dont think there are easy ways. If there were, everyone would be doing those.
Cryptocurrency is probably one and if ethicality is not a problem then something like adult entertainment website where you cash with ads etc.

One way that I've found is selling digital/downloadable sound products online... but the reason why I haven't done this is the fact that I can't find a website to sell them on.

JUst be careful of not infringing copyright, a lot of the downloads say that they are not for commercial use.

@MissRiaElaine, ahh... good point there. But I've made this thread while instinctively crossing my fingers.
@MissCuddly, the sounds that I want to promote are all sound that I have created myself, thankfully.

I'd say cryptocurrency mining can be worth it if you invest a lot of resources into doing it efficiently. One of my friends does it and it's basically heat that pays for itself in the winter, lol. Adult entertainment is also an option, though not exactly something I would suggest.

I honestly have no clue what cryptocurrency mining is. If it's mathematically complicating or extremely complex, the knowledge requirements could prove to be too much for me to grasp.

Cryptocurrency mining is something where you just set up (multiple) computer or specialised computer unit that it designed for that thing. The computer runs software that does mathematical "calculation" that work as part of the network for that particular cryptocurrency. As reward, you get some amount of new cryptocurrency produced in the process.
You dont have to know much mathematic but it helps a lot if you know how to deals with computers. Most of the time (depending currency mined) it will also require computer with high power GPU. That's why price of those has skyrocketed along with the boom of cryptocurrencies. Some thinking of what currency you mine is needed (value of used electricity and hw cost vs how good your computer is in mining vs price of the coin)
Rest is just normal currency market stuff that they also do with the real money. You can also skip the first part and buy cryotocurrency with real money when it's cheap and sell it when the value gets up and profit that way. That also means you have to keep an eye on the cryptocurrency market.
Is it easy: depends. Are there risks: some. Can you do it at home: yes.
Also, you have to watch out because there are some cryptocurrency-scams like onecoin which is just ponzi schemes advertized to be cryptocurrency.

^^^ Woah. See, most if not all of that information, is stuff that I have significant trouble understanding. Although I'm computer savvy to a certain extent, I'm definitely not at that level of understanding complex computer based detail or work.

This all sounds like too much hard work for me, think I'll just buy a lottery ticket, I probably stand more chance of making a million that way

Most if the stuff I've come across has been pretty well worthless... I tried downloading apps for money, doing surveys.. Both painfully slow... And the survey one has the added bonus of being annoying with the "you're not eligible for this survey" after completing half of it (slot of times) I do not have patience to sift through crap to find the golden egg so I quit all that.

^^Bingo... been there as well. Survey sites = no chance. Most of the time, you will not qualify for them.
