Nothing, I have a 30 minute walk daily. I don't mind going to a gym sometime though.

Between an at home gym, and a public gym, I would prefer a public gym. haha... it's the people
that turn me down from going there. Although one of the major downsides to not going to a public gym is that
you miss out on ALL the women.
But had it not been for the people in public gyms, I would certainly be a gym rat.
I'd also be a gym rat at home, but that would require much more equipment/money here! lol!

I don't like public gyms, unless they have metal halide high bays.

None for now
For one, Im already skinny
Two, I barely eat, I only have breakfast or dinner
Three, I have a mountain bike to get me places, most of the roads are curvy or hills
And lastly I walk the dog with my girlfriend everyday for 2.5 hours

When I was in high school I was literally exactly the same. I barely ate and I was
also very skinny. Once I started playing football, that changed very quickly. And ever
since then I've been athletic. I don't ever want that to change. lol
Which is why I have exercise equipment needed for workouts at home and I use them
at least 3 days a week.

I have just re-read the title of this thread, and to me excising equipment sounds very painful.
Shouldn't it be exercising equipment.??  :D

Hmm, yeah I misspelled it by accident. Sorry if you feel disappointed about it. I didn't know that the word "exercise" has two e's and a "r" in it.

Mine does!  And T8 lighting, and CFL cans..

The more you hate the LED movement, the stronger it becomes.

That's okay, it just gave me a chuckle when I read it.  :)
