While searching for a picture of a high wattage flower CFL in Google Pictures, I found this article, in which a baby and his father in Tel-Aviv, has been injured from a Walter (Orout Haamakim) branded CFL that dripped melted plastic: Google translated article (Untranslated Hebrew article) .
