I was thinking of making my F15 T8 undercabinet fixture, preheat! So, when the original electronic ballast dies, or so, I'll convert the fixture to preheat. Is they're any F15 T8 preheat ballasts available?

14, 15, 20 watt simple choke ballasts are very common and readily available.
