I had a seriously creepy dream influenced by a scary movie I just watched. I watched Zombeavers, a horror movie about mutated beavers that attack a group of college students on vacation at a lake. To start off, I was in a hotel room, and it was the middle of the night. Within the dream, I had a gut feeling that it was not safe to stay in my hotel room and that something bad was going to happen. I turned on the light (a single BR40 floodlight), and noticed that the room was in the interior part of a building, and that there were no windows. I also noticed that there was a luggage cart with my suitcase on it in the room. I began to push the luggage cart out of my room, to find a new room to check into. Even though it was the middle of the night, there were people everywhere in the lobby. They were entering and checking into rooms and walking around to find gift shops. I thought to myself, "I can't get a new room with all these people here." I stepped into a gift shop to dodge the crowd, and noticed a horrifying picture on the front of a magazine. A woman with the face of a beaver
She had blonde hair, but her face was covered in brown fur, she had huge, sharp buck teeth, and empty, glowing blue eyes without pupils. I ran back up the stairs to my hotel room. After I closed the door and sat on the bed, I heard a chilling sound come from the bathroom. A bloodthirsty, unearthly snarling sound. I slowly opened the bathroom door to investigate. The room was brightly lit by daylight fluorescent tubes over the sink, so I saw everything...except what was behind the shower curtain. The deathly silence was shattered when a monster jumped out from behind the curtain and pounced on me
The thing transformed before my eyes. First it was a hideous half-girl, half-beaver like what I saw on the magazine picture, then it transformed into a full beaver! It snarled and began slashing me with it's huge claws and preparing to bite me, so I would transform into a human-beaver-monster too! I woke up with a start. That is why I do not like watching horror movies.
