Another day and another dollar at work!

EBAY Photocell Fraud « on: April 05, 2008, 11:24:34 PM » Author: mercuryvaporisking
Just to let everyone know, Do not buy photocells from a seller on ebay that goes by espresso-mom, The listing and pictures are of electonic photocells but when you get them they are cheap thermal controls! The seller even said in a email that they are electronic solid state! YEAH RIGHT! I only paid $16 for 3 but my whole point in buying them was to have electronic energy savers. I contacted and complained to the seller with no replys and I contacted ebay and they said they would look into it, Yeah right the listings are still up and still the same pictures are being used. Be warned!

No problem, I forgot to mention she is only selling american lighting reserach controls. It's the third time in only 5 months I have been jerked around on ebay, So far 12 purchases went smooth and were just as advertised, to bad even know the bad ones had good feedback ratings. Also, BBBWAE selling mostly clear self ballasted lamps has jerked me around, I purchased 4 160warr SBMv and 4 weeks later I got concerned I never got my lamps, Well 10 emails with no replys I had to open a paypal dispute, Finally he claimed sorry we missed your purchase and your 10 warnings. Whatever! And I got a refund, He left me a postive so I felt I had to be fair and I gave him one, I take it back now if I could.

Yeah, it sucks when an item isn't as described, or you have to open a dispute.I've had a few problems on EBay in the last six months. One example,I bought a ballast but never received it.
I found a couple of DTL electronic PC's here and here. I would like one of those diagnostic ones myself, but they won't ship to Canada :'(
