These look's more like long-life incandescent. Beside of better quality assembly to avoid early failures, these lamps simply run at lower temperature (compare to regular incandescent), so the longer life. But the efficacy is lower as well,again compare to regular ones. I think these lamps are useable only as cheap heater lamps, not for illumination. As present day is much cheaper to use two step lower wattage standard lamp and relamp 15 times on easy-to-reach (at home,...), or use a different light source (MV, fluorescents, LED, induction) on hard-to-reach places, then pay the electricity for the same light output.
