I am surprised that this has not gotten more replies yet. I even have seen that exact same park fixture, complete with the dirt patterns on the cover. I have a picture of it that I haven't uploaded yet.

These are excellent, informative and well written articles. In particular I liked the topic of the developement of the NEMA standard which I didn't know. Also the Streetlighting Technology section with the Jones Socket.

People don't like reading hugeloads of text (that includes myself). Lots of pics aids in moving along the entire article. Give people time and they will absorb something eventually.
