I was browsing a lighting website, And I found this:
https://www.1000bulbs.com/product/2616/STAG-FFNGE.html
I was looking at the specifications, And it produced 400,000 Lumens for just 1000 watts.
This indicates 400 LPW! If it had an accidental zero,  then it would be 40 LPW, Still above the normal efficiency. Mistake or real?

Looks like mistake, as this is a PAR64 halogen lamp. Highly loaded halogen lamps, can reach 35lm/w max. The max lumen efficiency that a black boday radiator can reach, is 95lm/w at 6,600K. However there are no known materials that can be used as a filament at this ideal temperature, which is hotter than the sun surface.
