I got kinda a giggle to think this guy is scaming people into thinking he is causing esp or whatever it's called. I almost had to bust out laughing at times. It looks like just a mere cycling HPS lamp...it fired up bluish then turns orange....I saw it....I commented it....just simply reply my comments to support my theory..... Do you notice a lot of people say its only streetlight stuff that does it to them...its cuz of the cycling!!! They do not know what Cycling IS!
