Looks like fake. There is only one light source of an unknown origin that produce a dim orange glow. I don't see a LPS and/or a MH lamps inside the optical unit.
Also it have two solar panels and a weather vane, so I don't think that it have any discharge lamp.

A hybrid MH/SOX lantern, is just a two lamp lantern with one LPS and one MH lamp. This isn't what showed in the video.
Monkeyface already have a hybrid MV/SOX lantern , which allows the MV lamp to be turned off at midnight.

@dor123 This lantern DID contain a LPS lamp and a small MH lamp. I’ve visited there before and see it myself, but I’m not fortunate enough to see the MH lamp in action.
