I definitely, most definitely, have a strong taste for music too, which is another talent I have yet to show through YouTube once I finally get around to all of that. SoundCloud has an interest of mine as well, along with anything regarding sound edits/sound editing software... which in my case will be the last step before each publish. I can also sing, mainly opera and R&B, which are both totally different from each other, yet somehow I manage.

I'm with you on this one. I could add quite a few more, namely Cécile Chaminade, Baldassare Galuppi, Edvard Grieg, Erik Satie, Eugène Gigout, Camille Saint-Saëns, Johannes Brahms, Sergei Prokofiev, Vincent d'Indy, Darius Milhaud, and so on...
Well noted sol, Camille Saint-Saens is my favourite composer, the best organist in his day!, the French had the best organs, and organ composers! As for pop, I`m a huge Arcade Fire fan, and for the girls, I`m a `swifty`!, Taylor is my musical goddess! I grew up with 1970s/80s music, ABBA, Alison Moyet, and the legends that are Mike Oldfield and Maggie Reilly!, the song that got me loving music though, (and my all time favourite song), was Northern lights by UK group Renaissance, I was only 7 when this came out and was on holiday when I first heard it, and fell in love with lead singer Annie Haslam`s voice on this track straight away!, it always reminds me of being on holiday when I hear it now

Don't you just love songs that invoke holiday memories? I go on road trips every six months and have fond memories of them. I don't have any particular favourite bands or songs, I just like what I enjoy. I do enjoy listening to Metallica - One rather loudly in the car.

I hear a lot of Metallica when my family celebrates the beginning of football season each September. I like football, but I'm not a fanatic and I'm happy to stay home and watch the game on TV.

I'm not a big football fan however I do enjoy watching cricket on TV every summer. As for music I think when I buy my next road trip car I'm going to upgrade the head unit since the standard factory ones are usually rather basic.

That's so cool, I like 1950's oldies too! The very beginning of American rock and roll. I don't know much about The Coasters, but I enjoyed the links you put up. I like anything with that classic "1950's" sound. Cool tunes, Owen

I uses these songs to make mushups with Sonic 2 soundtrack during playing the game.

@Dor123, you mention Sonic 2 (assuming Sega Genesis) I've been playing that game avidly while at work. Super Sonic is a BEAST. The Sonic Star song (I forget the actual name of this song) was, and still is, one of my favorite game songs, because of the beat. I liked the Sonic 2 version of the song better than Sonic 1, although they almost sound the same, with a little bit of beat differences.
