Welp, I'm back to my LG Aristo 3 phone, because my 2 month old Motorola phone just died today, which is crazy because I have not dropped or abused the phone at all, I even got a case for it to keep it safe. >:(

I have two, one used to be my work phone but I kept it when I retired as it has quite a memorable number. Four makes you sound like someone who deals in illicit substances  :poof:  ;)  :mrg:

Recently upgraded to the S20 FE 5G from a LG G5 I got back in 2016. The LG G5 was good for it's time but over the years issues starting cropping up like the GPS not getting a accurate fix (common issue for that model), the battery needing replacement, some temporary screen burn in, and the sim sometimes disconnecting.

I'm pretty happy with the S20 FE, it really blows the G5 out the water in terms of specs, camera, and screen. Even thought the G5 had a higher pixel count screen, the taller Amoled screen is worlds apart IMO.

When I get a new phone, I keep my old ones and still use them. I don't deal illegal bulbs.

One of them is over 15 years old and still going strong, they're also easy to take apart and swap bits like keypads and screens. I could probably build a complete one from the box of parts I have  ;D

They still seem quite plentiful on eBay over here, lots of NOS ones at quite reasonable prices. Good solid phones, they do what it says on the box; make and receive calls and texts, what more do you need..? I don't see the need for web browsing and emailing etc. when I'm walking along the street, unlike some people who go around practically screaming "please steal my phone"  :lol: ::)
