-Gather several of every SOX wattage lamps and fixtures, some HPS stuff too. Even some cheap eBay LED COB streetlights and convert them to monochrome yellow/amber chips.

-Travel to the UK for the first time and spend time with some fellow enthusiasts. I'd love to get to tour folks collections of all types as well as see as many SOX installations as possible there.

-Travel around the US and do likewise. Is Joe Maurath Jr. still around? I've almost read his entire website, I'd like to thank him for all of his fine documentation and stories in person and see his collection.

Ok, only just seen this topic, but it's still relevant so here goes.

I would love to lay my hands on the following:

80 or 125W pearl MB/U (with 3-pin BC cap)

Any size of SLI/H linear sodium lamp

GEC Z5670 post top lantern ideally with MV gear

4ft 40W tube to work with Philips tungsten ballast lamp (not sure of correct designation)

I may add to the list later :D

Lamps:
100W clear mercury lamp (preferably a westy or an old Sylvania)
175W clear mercury lamps (Westinghouse preferred)
18W SOX lamps (preferable more than one)
35W HPS lamps (for building fixtures)
50W HPS lamps (for building fixtures)
---
Gear:
75W mercury ballast (needed for 75W lamp i have, i'd end up building a fixture around it once obtaining the ballast)
250W mercury ballast (needed for 250W lamps i have i'd end up building a fixture around it once obtaining the ballast)
175W HX mercury ballasts (I like HX over other types, simplicity and compactness, good for building fixtures)
18W SOX ballasts (I want to build a sox fixture)
35W HPS ballasts (building fixtures)
50W HPS ballasts (building fixtures)
70W HPS ballasts (building fixtures)
1500W MH ballast (To run the MUSCO lamp I got and eventually build a fixture around it)

That is pretty much it.. I am generally leaning towards lower wattages... since the need to conserve space and energy is becoming apparent... Plus I like to build fixtures out of the gear and lamps I obtain and it is generally easier with lower wattage stuff... However.. that 1500W MUSCO lamp would look pretty badass in a flood light of it's own... I'd plop it right beside the 1000W HPS and see which is brighter!

-Orno circline fixture which has incandescent lamp at the center of the fixture.

Where are you..? If you're in the UK or any 240V country, there is a seller with some 1000W ballasts, see here.
