Not much really
I think you mean B22d-3, there is a subtle difference between that and 3BC, which can catch out the unwary. There are usually plenty available on UK eBay, but if you get stuck I may be able to find a spare 80W one somewhere. Best of luck with the MA lamps though, it took me 40+ years to find mine, and I only managed it with the help of another collector who pointed me in the direction of someone on eBay who had one listed under "filament lamps" for some obscure reason

Sox35 - I've had a look and nothing comes up, probably should've expected that for a 1am eBay search . I don't think I'll be finding a MA lamp anytime but one can dream though.

Found these three. Two are saying they don't post outside of the UK but I have bought from two of the sellers here and I think they might if you ask. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-x-VINTAGE-1970s-CROMPTON-80w-3-PIN-BAYONET-MERCURY-VAPOUR-LAMPS-B22d-3-CAP/164122741878https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Osram-HQL-MBF-U-80w-BC3-B22D-3-Opal-Glass-Mercury-Elliptical-Lamp-3-PIN-CAP/223483360616https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/80W-BC3-ELLIPTICAL-MERCURY-LAMP-MBFU-UNUSED-SURPLUS/233486233433

I just want to get a truly clear F40T12 fluorescent tube.. Not the "cleared out" one.. The real one truly clear tgat whitesoldier86 has on youtube.
Maybe a t17 power groove would be nice too along with a soviet LTBCC tube with the color of 2700k.. The very rare soviet tube color. Also a fully new GE BLB F40T12 with a NOS sleeve. Also a modern Tungsram or hungarian GE F40T12 with color @5000k i dont know what color code it would be after 'F' And the last one would be a soviet F58T8 fluorescent tube I know they existed but i never seen one

New lighting technologies is a pity fest everywhere you look. From LEDs that last only for two months, to a never-ending global starvation of t8 fluorescent tubes. We shall reinforce ourselves with good old full mercury t12s and HIDs made to surpass one's life, and give them all the middle finger ;

My list is not too much, I've seen a local seller that still have brand new F40T10s, this kind of tube is rare for me, even more today in the T8 and T5 era. If anyone is curious here is the link of the product.
