I'm running some G30T8 germicidals on RS ballasts, but they really want pre-heats.  The fixtures were originally pre-heat (later upgraded to RS, so the holes are there for the starters...BUY... are ballasts still available to drive a 3-foot, 30 watt lamp?

I don't know if they have been banned, but I'm sure there are many still available. Here are the common part numbers.

I believe the ballasts listed above are exempt from the ban since they're LPF ballasts so you can probably still order them. If not eBay has a ton of used and NOS ones for sale.
