The owners, advisers, sellers and the guards of the shops, allows GOOGLE to photograph inside their shops with their cameras, but NOT allows from us to photograph inside their shops by OUR CAMERAS!
Discrimination!!!!

You forget one, the most important thing: A signed advertisement contract mandating you to publish the photos in such extent as Google does... And mandating you to submit all of your pictures for approval...

These pictures are really not a random extension of Google, but (well paid to Google) advertisement of that store...
