From what I read, the image does not correspond to the description. The image says 'cinema 55' and the description says SP30. One hypotheses on this could be that cinema 55 is a fancy name for SP30.

The description is simply misleading and wrong for the lamp in the picture. This page looks to me like a fraudulence.
Even the picture may be of a fluorescent lamp that don't exists in reality, and that he wants to hide the picture of the original product that he wants to sell.
No shortage of fraud in Ebay.

I don't think it's fraud. People want to sell as many items as possible as quickly as possible, and don't care if the description is not accurate. They put the description according to the box they have the product in, regardless if it matches the product they really have. This is especially for used things, or if they buy the remaining stock of a closeout store. To top it off, they take whatever picture they think is close enough from the web.

Cinema 55 would be a 5500K colour-matching lamp for filming use (looks similar to their GE's "Sunshine" lamps). They are hard to find and expensive. There is a 3200K lamp available as well (gold cap, I think). The Cinema fluorescents are designed to be overdriven on electronic ballasts so they can give a reasonable light output with shorter life, as the high colour rendering sacrifices lumens.

I'd definitely suggest contacting the seller for clarification, but I'd be willing to bet they are selling standard SP30's (a.k.a. Kitchen & Bath).
