OLD aging marks on GE T12 from eBay « on: March 21, 2012, 03:07:37 PM » Author: Powell

Look closely at the left end. That's the OLD style aging marks. On the right you can see the lamp is EOL and it is a 4500 degree white GE lamp.  I wonder when GE made changes that show "modern" USA GE aging marks. The Indonesian lamps are a giant leap backwards. They show aging from lamps I had in 1960 that came from Japan, except those lasted forever where the other Indonesian ones do NOT.

Definitely an oldie! The rounded, necked down end caps are a sure sign of that.  It will probably still light (rectifying) on that manual start desk lamp. There is a good chance that's the original tube.
