Someone on ebay is selling 2 in each auction. I bought 3 ( 6 bulbs) .... he has 45 left.

Interesting!  Too bad they aren't T12 though.  I'll be looking for some F15T12s if this ends well for me.

Any color? I THINK a local "historic" hardware store has some black end bulbs.  I got some Westinghouse from there, and also had some that were obviously made by Westinghouse but says GUARANTEED Special Long Life on them. I do know he has a LOT of 25 watt Westinghouse black ended bulbs, some 40 watt starters with the reset button and a one or more 40 watt 2 bulb ballasts.

None of my 2 lamp desk lamps will take T12 bulbs but my 3 of my single lamp desk lamps will.  Those three have room enough for a LARGE ballast. I have 2 converted for starters. The one on my refrigerator is the "night light" and it needs to be able to restart in case of a power failure and we occasionally get blips out here in the booooooooonies of rural northwestern Newberry County , South Carolina.

My 6 lamps arrived fine. My friend ordered 8 and got his today. They all work fine and date codes are different on some of the bulbs but the original cartons look the same with the green and blue on the sides.... I may have to take pictures of them and post them. SIGH! I wish this were not a problem on dial up.
