Has anybody ever seen or had any F30T12 BLBs? Or do they even exist? They make F20 and F40 blacklights.. But why isn't there a 30 watt one? I'd like to find them, but they just don't seem to be produced or sold anywhere. Has anybody ever been to any place that has sold them if they were made?

Vintage products are the best! Nothing will ever compare to the quality of old, U.S. made fluorescent bulbs, ballasts, and fixtures.

I have never seen a F30T12/BLB, but I have a bug zapper with a F30T8/BLB and F30T8/BL lamp. I need to get it out and post some photos.

They're probably sold on the internet. I searched after I posted this topic. And F30T8 sounds like a rare/uncommon size for a blacklight, as well.

I wonder if it's a vintage lamp. Maybe they were made at one time, then discontinued? If I ever find an F30 blacklight, I'll have every size under 4 feet

There's multiple listings for F30T8BLB on eBay, and also one listing for F30T10/BLB, but no F30T12

Looks like a bunch of foreign el cheapo lamps on e bay though. Mine are name brand lamps. I bought them from the local electrical supply store (who had to order them) when I first got the bug zapper. I need to quit "talking" about it and take some photos, huh?

The cheapy ones usually don't last. And nice score on the name brand ones too!
Can't wait to see the pics either! I'm patient though LOL

Yep they do look like cheap-ish lamps .. but the Gold etch is cool LOL If i had a need for 30w blacklights i'd be tempted to try those T10's (could be good, or could be crap LOL never know with those cheap unknown-brand lamps)
