I'm new to the forum and just joined up a couple of days ago.
I live in the UK and have always been interested in bulbs and lamps ever since I was a kid.
Mercury lamps in particular are a fascination of mine and after recently reading about them being banned in a few years, I came across Lighting Gallery whilst searching for more info.
I never realised so many other people were interested in lamps too, so it has been really interesting reading through all the different posts!
I've a a bit of a collection going, although nothing too impressive, but hope to learn more and contribute anything I can.
