For Sale/Trade, various light fixtures for modding or gutting « on: March 28, 2025, 12:47:23 AM » Author: Burrito
Decided to make a new post about this in the right spot. I need to trade/sell most of my luminaires and lamps. We will be moving in mid April and we need to downsize a lot so I need to know if anyone would be willing to trade or purchase the items free of charge. You can use them for gutting components, modding, or other silly things. Please respond, I need them gone before mid April. Will post images tomorrow. Thanks! :D

I'd really love to help, but seeing as I'm over 15,000KM away from you, I don't think that I'll be any help. Sorry.
Good luck getting rid of them.
You could also put them up on eBay, FB marketplace and anywhere else if you want them gone fast.

Yeah I’d also love to help but living several states over doesn’t help any. If I lived closer I’d pick up all the stuff in a heartbeat.

I do not want to use FB Marketplace or ePay because it is full of people who could convert them to LED which is what I do not want to have happen to the fixtures. I'd rather them go to a lighting enthusiast because I feel they'd be better protected and cherished rather than being LED converted. If you know what I mean.

Hi Buritto! Even though I am unfortunately like the others too far away from you, I just wanted to say that I am 100% right there with you as far as keeping HID lights HID!! I'm a collector and an enthusiast myself of mainly HID lights and bulbs and don't like watching HID's ever so swiftly replaced with LED, or even retrofitted to take an LED bulb. As foolhardy as this sounds, I'll travel as far as 150 miles in a day to add even just one more fixture to my collection, especially if it's a rare one!

Well, I got no rare fixtures, they're just generic Hubbell wallpacks, a magnetic T12 strip light by Metalux, a Day-brite EHO highbay with a loud ballast, and an AFX T12 U-Bent fixture.

Hubbell WGH-250 made in like 2008 or something. Comes with a Grandlite lamp. My fixtures were just posted on FB Marketplace.
