I used to own two OV-20 [both 1951] and two OV-25 [1957 and 1960] road light fixtures with the old Westinghouse logo refractors. I also used to own two OV-25s [both 1975], an OV-15 [1972], and currently have 5 incandescent lamps with the dot Westinghouse logo and IMO the newer logo is nowhere near cool as the classic Westinghouse logo. Which Westinghouse logo is more appealing to you?

I like newer one with the dots more, but both look great wherever they are placed on their appropriate era of equipment.

I certainly prefer the new one.
