Their company made GE Consumer & Industrial stuff is still of reasonable quality, such as their ballasts, but recently they've put out GE branded electrical wiring devices, like occupancy sensors and wall switches.
I picked up one of this:

The features are good, but quality is not there. Unlike most timers, it is relay based, so it works with all types of loads. There's a Pass & Seymour brand that is also relay based, but it does not have manual permanent on-over ride.
