After watching a number of Japanese lighting videos on youtube, I have discovered that some of the videos seem to advertise a lighting group chat that uses the Line app and is joinable with a QR code.

However, I get the following message:

“This service isn't available in your region or app version.”

Since I have the Google Translate app, I can easily translate the Japanese text into English.

I have tried changing my phone’s region to Japan from the USA and I still keep getting the same message. I would really like to find a way to join that Japanese lighting group because I would really like to learn more about Japan’s unique lighting equipment.

When I open the link it takes me to what looks like a homepage, there is a link to join but it doesn't appear to work when I click on it.
