Not that I know of. I've seen some 213s that might be SCE owned in Chino but I can't say for sure.

To my knowledge, the only ITT-American Electric products SCE really used were Series 13s, 25s, 113s, and 125s. The Power Pad offerings seemed to be used by municipalities unless it was contractor error. I know Siemens who offered maintenance services to cities did use the 315s as spot replacements up until their discontinuation.

Ah I see. That is LABSL owned, the city bought AEL products (especially 125 FCOs) until they switched to LED.
