This is what I discovered today after an incredible storm yesterday evening, with 70 mph winds.

I'm really surprised that the bulb wasn't shattered. The whole fixture will probably be junked.

Wow that must have been quite a storm, was the wind the result of a severe thunderstorm? I see the light wasn't on in a couple of the pics, the power must have gone out.You may be able to find a replacement refractor at Home Depot etc.If you have to buy a new fixture, you could save the parts like the lamp, ballast,PC from this one for spares.

Yes, we got big thunderstorms yesterday evening. The power was on, but it wasn't dark enough for the light to go on. I haven't been able to find a replacement refractor anywhere, online or in stores, so I'll probably buy an HPS or maybe a Metal Halide.

Don't junk the fixture, "reallocate" it to the garage and use it for parts!

Good idea! I picked up a Lithonia 70-watt HPS yardblaster at Home Depot today and I'll install it tomorrow.
