Does anyone know why some driveway reflectors (the kinds on sticks like you buy at home enter or hardware) have some that are red and some that are blue?

I know on the roadway reflector that sometimes there are blue reflectors when there is a fire hydrant. Plus on my street there is a random blue reflector on the road next to a water main valve.

I did see some this spring that weren't entirely red
