I am getting some information from Sylvania's 1988 Large Lamp Catalog for the US and I noticed some odd things as circled in the photo...

The "CWK" seems to simply be an error, though the K and X buttons are nowhere near each other on the keyboard.

The /D30 colors just seem to be straight-up odd...
