I’ve noticed magnifying lamps sometimes still use circline fluorescent lamps and ballast. Harbor Freight is one store I’ve seen still selling these.

Has anyone seen these?

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

I have an ex lab 1980s Luxo circline magnifying lamp with a 1980s GE lamp. All of the new ones which I have seen are LED.

New ones are LED here, but i have a 22w one at work that a coworker gave to me. Need to make new lamp holder brackets for it, the old plastic has deteriorated because of the heat and minor UV radiation.
