I have an exercise routine, but lately I've been caving into my depression. Usually I go to the gym to do a few bench presses for the chest area, dumbbell tricep extensions, bicep curls, dumbbell lateral raises, upright rows, etc... and I usually go to the gym 3 days per week, consuming high amounts of protein after every work out. To save money, I unenrolled from the gym (for now) and I do all of the mentioned workouts at home, substituting bench pressing with push ups and chest dips. I absolutely love walking, running, and hiking... especially running. I need to get more into the habit of including treadmill runs and doing more ab workouts. I'm noticeably muscle bond and I'm in great shape, but I'd be much stronger and in even better shape if I simply stuck with my routine, with those additions.
