What Fulham ballast should I use for a 35w Sox lamp? « on: July 01, 2024, 03:59:23 AM » Author: Bulbman256
Hello everyone,

I have recently aquirered a 35w Sox lamp and am looking for a ballast for the thing. I remember that you can use a Fulham ballast on them but I cannot remember what model number to use. If you know, please do tell me. 8) :lps:

Thanks for the tip, I have a couple 35w SOX lamps but no ballast or fixture for them.

I know this topic is talking about a 35w lamp, but what Fulham would be good for a 55w one? I happen to have one without a ballast.

Not sure on the size for 55, or even the 90W lamps.

Here are the proven / confirmed Workhorse sizes for LPS lamps:
WH2 = 18W
WH3 = 35W
WH8 = 135W, 180W

35 watt LPS u dont even really need a expensive fulham workhourse ballast.  I have Run a 35 watt LPS on 32 watt instant start ballast With both output tied together and it works great.

Thanks funkybulb, I tried that and it worked great. I just need to get a current meter out and check that it is within spec tonight. 8)
