undisclosed country then. Everyone uses 6500K LEDs because it's pretty much the only thing you can find at general stores and supermarkets, small town stores don't have many options available so you can only buy those in different wattages with 12 usually being the highest (replaces 100W).
Streetlights are flashbang bright 6500K, the most popular outdoor lighting are the square floodlights in cool white.
Warm costs more and is nowhere near the colour of an actual incandescent, claims to be 3000K yet it's around 4000K which is "neutral" white.
In my eyes the CRI is terrible, everything looks pastel and washed out, my skin looks almost blue under some of the lower quality bulbs.
CFLs weren't really a thing here, they were always super expensive compared to incandescents so they didn't saw widespread use, Chinese LEDs are bulk imported by the few companies that have permits so that's all there is, incandescents both normal and halogen aren't banned but they're unobtanium at this point except for places that have old stocks.
