Yup, it's a Cooper OVX.

Yup an OVX. And it also shows the variety of luminaires in my area before the LED swtichover. Interestingly this road is on a municipal border so the luminaires on the north side of the road are owned and maintained by a different municipality than the ones on the south.

Even more interesting was that even though Markham converted (mostly) to LED in the mid 2010s, these were kept HID in order to match the appearance of the HPS lights used in Toronto and they still remain to this day.
