Are there any manufacturers that still make them? Because I’m unable to find any for sale. If anyone is able to help me source a few, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

They're not cheap, but Formed Plastics still makes them.

Thanks! But how do they fit into a NEMA reflector? Is the plastic replaceable?

Cheaper reflectors have rolled edges that have to be carefully unrolled to change the refractor.  The better ones have a clamp band that holds the refractor to the reflector which is easier to replace.

Yeah, I'll say...I remember getting these for around $15 back in the day...sometimes for a lot cheaper.

Inflation to an extent, but there can be multiple factors as well.

Sadly, I couldn’t find any NEMA refactors on their site.

It will...you'll just need to modify the reflector to make it fit. Did you buy one of the 100W/C90 CMH RMA's on eBay?
