LEDs are like an apocalypse! They slowly take over the world wiping out every other type of lamp and fixture!

I love old lamps! I will try collecting a lot of older lamps, especially LPS and fluorescent! And I will not do weird experiments because I'm not an expert!

What do you mean by rare? I have two F10T12/BLs which is a size rarely found but it is made just 3 years ago and it is still possible to buy it online or offline with the official website (lamp is still made). I also have some colored F40T12s that I have found no info on and some weird shaped colour incandescents ( one & two ) . Additionally, I have some rare branded HIDs ( Mysore 160w SBMV ). Update- do these non-standard size and unknown wattage T4s ( white, pink & blue) count too?

My idol is Mylene Farmer, deal with it.

My absolutely favorite and the most rare lamp in my collection is my soviet MELZ BS40 40 watt T12 fluorescent tube, NOS, made in 1960. The fact that is a four foot fluorescent tube, already 60 years old, still existing and NOS, found its way into my collection, was nothing short of an absolute miracle https://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?album=search&cat=0&pos=68&pid=184575

New lighting technologies is a pity fest everywhere you look. From LEDs that last only for two months, to a never-ending global starvation of t8 fluorescent tubes. We shall reinforce ourselves with good old full mercury t12s and HIDs made to surpass one's life, and give them all the middle finger ;

There are several rare lamps I have collected in all the years. Including rare fluorescent lamps such as a couple new old stock Philips TL25W/22, TLM120W/33RS etc.
